Our company, always attentive to the health and safety of our employees and visitors, has developed this information sheet outlining the behavioural guidelines that everyone accessing the GRAF facilities must adhere to.
Please adhere strictly to the guidelines when exposed, in order to ensure the protection of the environment and the health and safety of individuals.

CODE OF CONDUCT


SAFETY BEHAVIORS TO ADOPT
- Access to the premises is ONLY permitted when accompanied by company personnel.
- Apply the principles of good manners and adopt respectful behaviour towards people and things.
- Respect pedestrian pathways.
- For travel, please use the designated pedestrian pathways and avoid obstructing them, even temporarily, with any materials or vehicles.
- Stay in the group and don’t wander off.
- No harm should be caused to others or to the normal functioning of operations in various sectors.
- Access to production areas without safety footwear is ONLY permitted while staying on the designated pedestrian pathways.
ACCESS CONTROL
- The visitor must report to the entrance of the facility and identify themselves to the staff.

VEHICLE TRAFFIC AND PARKING
- Vehicle parking is only allowed in designated parking areas outside the facility.
- Entry with a vehicle is only permitted with prior authorization.
- Proceed at a slow pace. Follow the signage and right of way.
- Do not block the emergency vehicle gates.

PROHIBITIONS
- SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED within company premises.
- It is mandatory to comply with the safety signage posted in the company.
- The use of cameras, camcorders, video phones, and similar devices is not allowed.
- Consuming food and alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
- Respect your surroundings, DO NOT LITTER or leave any other materials behind. Please adhere to recycling guidelines.




MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT
- Do not approach or touch machines or equipment.
- Do not approach or touch electrical equipment.
- Be mindful of forklift traffic.




EMERGENCY BEHAVIOURS
- In case of emergency, the GENERAL BEHAVIORS are:
- Stay calm, don’t spread panic.
- Do not move around chaotically, do not run, and follow the designated evacuation routes indicated by the safety signage.
- Follow the instructions given by the company representative.
- Don’t waste your time trying to take personal items that are heavy or bulky.
- Do not take personal initiatives or carry out actions that could compromise your safety or that of others.
- Head towards the nearest exits and proceed calmly to the “ASSEMBLY POINT” identified in the Emergency Plan, and wait for further instructions.
- DO NOT REENTER THE BUILDING for any reason until normal conditions are restored.
- Once outside, wait for any instructions from the emergency coordinator.
IN CASE OF A NEED FOR FIRST AID, IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE, WHO WILL ALERT THE FIRST AID STAFF.

CODE OF CONDUCT TO FOLLOW WITHIN THE COMPANY
The staff of the contracting company is required to adhere to the following rules of conduct:
PROHIBITIONS
- Access to all areas of the facility outside of those for which you have been authorized is FORBIDDEN .
- It is FORBIDDEN to smoke, eat, or drink in all company areas, especially near production areas.
- It is FORBIDDEN to leave materials or containers with hazardous substances unattended, open, improperly labelled, or in locations that obstruct the passage of internal staff (walkways).
- It is FORBIDDEN to linger near particularly loud machines without using appropriate hearing protection systems (headphones, earplugs, etc.).
- It is FORBIDDEN to make any interventions on the systems unless you have specific expertise, and only after obtaining authorization from the Legal Representative, Production Management, or the Safety Officer.
- It is FORBIDDEN to use any equipment or facilities owned by the Writer without permission.
- It is FORBIDDEN to take any unauthorized actions or maneuvers on your own initiative that could compromise your safety and that of others.
- It is FORBIDDEN to stop in front of electrical panels or cabinets.
- It is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to take photographs or film, use camcorders or video phones within the facilities of the GRAF Group.
OBLIGATIONS
- It is MANDATORY to properly identify the work area with appropriate signs or signals.
- It is MANDATORY to restore the area where the work was carried out and to leave no waste resulting from the work done (see ENVIRONMENT section).
- It is MANDATORY to carry out the intervention in compliance with current legislation.
- It is MANDATORY to strictly adhere to the hazard warnings, obligations, prohibitions, and behavioural rules indicated by the appropriate signage.

Indicators of the Exodus Routes
- It is MANDATORY and essential to pay close attention to the dangers posed by the presence of hot materials, sharp objects, and/or blunt instruments.
- The use of hazardous substances is MANDATORY.
- Inform the RSPP about the introduction of hazardous substances in the company (through reporting and the corresponding risk assessment in the DUVRI).
- Apply the instructions and guidelines provided on the label and in the safety data sheet of the substances used.
- Use properly and clearly labelled containers to identify the substance inside.
- Close or seal the containers used for storing or transporting liquid and solid substances.
- Inform the RSPP about the introduction of hazardous substances in the company (through reporting and the corresponding risk assessment in the DUVRI).
- Apply the instructions and guidelines found on the label and in the safety data sheet of the substances used.
- Use properly and clearly labeled containers to identify the substance inside.
- Close or seal the containers used for storing or transporting liquid and solid substances.
- Inform the RSPP about the introduction of hazardous substances in the company (through reporting and the corresponding risk assessment in the DUVRI).
- Apply the instructions and guidelines provided on the label and in the safety data sheet of the substances used.
- Use properly and clearly labeled containers to identify the substance inside.
- Close or seal the containers used for storing or transporting liquid and solid substances.
- It is MANDATORY for all supplier personnel to read this “supplier information brochure” regarding health, safety, and environmental practices in the workplace, and to adhere to the guidelines provided.
- It is MANDATORY for all personnel providing work and services to have and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in relation to the hazards associated with both the tasks they perform and the company areas they access.
- It is MANDATORY to pay attention to the moving parts of the machines.
- It is MANDATORY to immediately report any situation deemed non-compliant with current workplace safety regulations to the supervisor.
MACHINES AND TOOLS
- It is FORBIDDEN to remove the guards and safety devices from the machines, except when necessary for work.
- It is MANDATORY that if there is a need to remove protections and/or safety devices, appropriate measures must be taken in advance to minimise the potential danger, highlighting this situation.
- It is MANDATORY to restore the safety guards and/or safety devices of the machines as soon as the activity that led to their removal is completed.
- It is FORBIDDEN to wear overly loose clothing that could be caught or dragged by moving parts.
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
- It is MANDATORY in case of an emergency to remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff.
- In case of a fire or the presence of smoke in the area, it is MANDATORY to immediately notify the internal staff, exit the area without delay using the emergency routes, and proceed to the nearest assembly point.
- It is MANDATORY that in the event of an evacuation order, you leave the work area by following the exit signs and the instructions given by the emergency team.
- It is FORBIDDEN to use water or foam fire extinguishers on live electrical equipment. The use of fire safety equipment is the responsibility of GRAF’s emergency personnel.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
- It is MANDATORY to comply with waste sorting regulations.
- It is FORBIDDEN to handle chemicals or oils without proper precautions to avoid unnecessary spills.
- It is FORBIDDEN to leave any type of waste in the internal or external areas of the facility.
- It is MANDATORY to limit the use of water and energy resources to the bare minimum necessary for the tasks to be performed.
- It is FORBIDDEN to discharge any solid and/or liquid waste from the Company’s facilities.
These conduct rules must be communicated to all personnel employed by the contracting company, which commits to adhering to them based on the training and information received.
In the event of any violation or breach of the above provisions, the writer is relieved of any liability for damages incurred to property or persons.
Any violation or breach of the aforementioned provisions will be reported and prosecuted in accordance with the applicable laws.
