RP E S7 DX-3000 is a motorised roller conveyor with a movable stop, designed to optimise profile cutting operations on manual saws.
Thanks to its electronic positioning system and the dedicated software developed by GRAF Synergy, it enables fully automated and precise management of the cutting length.
Ideal for working with glass stops and profiles made of PVC or aluminium, it offers maximum efficiency, integration with business management systems, and a reduction in errors.

Product Details
The RP E S7 DX-3000 is designed to accurately guide the cutting of glazing beads and profiles, ensuring optimal sliding thanks to the 50 mm diameter PVC rollers (both horizontal and vertical) spaced 450 mm apart.
Each cut is accompanied by automatic positioning of the stop and a comprehensive data display on the monitor: profile code, colour, blade angles, bar origin, and type of waste.
