The SD 500 S7 is a double-head, electronically controlled, oil-pneumatic mitre saw designed for the precise and repeatable cutting of PVC and aluminium profiles.
Equipped with a fixed head and a movable head with automatic positioning via a controlled axis, it allows for quick and flexible operations, making it ideal for high-frequency industrial production.
The sturdy steel and aluminium structure ensures stability and long-lasting durability, while the vertical lift system for the 500 mm diameter blades with internal pneumatic tilt (from 90° to 45°) eliminates the need for manual adjustments at angled transitions.
The control is managed by a sliding control panel with dual-handed operation for maximum safety and ergonomics.
