Once again, this edition of Made Expo proves to be a key event for professionals in the architecture and construction sectors, and the numbers speak for themselves:

After two years since the last edition, Graf Synergy has showcased its strength with the technological innovations presented: the new combined work centre FAB CUT 3BS + ASG + RMA.

This innovative combined work island is capable of processing up to 300 windows in 8 hours and features a dual work centre that can accommodate up to 11 tools, a 3-blade cutting centre, connection with a dynamic table, screwdriving with electric motors, processing on the reinforcement, and finally, our innovative anthropomorphic robot for the automatic fastening of the frame.

Our SL4-FF EVO had to be included – the only welding machine in the world that boasts the cleaning-free welding technology for PVC known as V-Perfect. This technology not only ensures flawless welding of corners but also allows for the application of innovative films on PVC, such as real wood, painted finishes, acrylic, and alu-clip. Even profiles reinforced with fiberglass are perfectly compatible.

Graf Synergy also showcased its concept of an automated warehouse for managing doors and frames during the assembly phases after welding at the trade fair.
