Meets all your cleaning needs
The machine is equipped with a total of 13 servo-controlled axes. Each of the top and bottom heads has three interpolating axes, along with a dedicated positioning axis. It is capable of fully cleaning all North American window profiles. Some tooling options include “intelligent” self-adjustment features, which eliminate the need for manual cleaning (refer to tooling options for details).
The system is managed through a PC-based user interface, which provides graphical programming for cleaning operations and a customised parameter list for each profile. Operations can be controlled through in-line data transfer from the welding machine, via a dedicated Ethernet interface, or by using a scanner.

Standard Cleaning Tool Package:
- Top Horizontal Scarf – raised seam contour on the surface
- Top Vertical Scarf – designed for cleaning the inside of glass legs or vertical contours.
- Top Vertical Drill or T-slot Router – for cleaning glass legs
- Saw blade for outer contours – designed to clean all outer edges.
- Bottom Horizontal Scarf – raised seam contour on the surface
- Bottom Vertical Scarf – designed for cleaning the inside of glass legs or vertical contours.

Machining:
- The machine can function as a dual-head system, performing parallel operations on two corners at the same time, or as a single-head unit for processing smaller windows with external dimensions of around 450 mm / 17.72 in or less. Separate infeed and outfeed conveyor belts support and stabilize the windows throughout the transportation process. An integrated belt transport system offers both profile positioning and clamping functions.
