Constant Quality Over Time
The machine automatically carries out all operations, including positioning, melting, and joining the PVC bars to their final position. Once completed, it automatically releases the welded squares onto conveyor belts that transport them to the cooling and cleaning area.
The accuracy of the positioning of the welding heads is guaranteed by servo-driven positioning axes, a robust machinery structure, and high-precision linear guides.
